After a month of negotiations the men agreed to 500,000 rupees and moved the brothers to a house in Karachi, where police rescued them in a raid after a shoot-out and arrested the two men.

Britain's King Charles has opened a nine-day Caribbean tour in the Bahamas, saying it is only right to acknowledge the great suffering and injustices of the past. Britain's King Charles has opened a nine-day Caribbean tour in the Bahamas, saying it is only right to acknowledge the great suffering and injustices of the past. Malaysian customs say they seized advanced artificial intelligence chips worth about $12.1 million this month at the country's main airport. Officers found 30 server units containing the chips on October 15 during an inspection at Kuala Lumpur International Airport's free trade zone. Officials said the servers were falsely declared as electronic components and were meant to be re-exported to another Asian country without the required permit. Malaysia imposed export controls on advanced US-origin AI chips last year, following pressure from the United States to stop them reaching China.
