  • بھارت نے پاکستان کے وزیر قومی ورثہ و ثقافت اورنگزیب خان کھچی کو 20 سے 22 نومبر تک نئی دہلی میں ہونے والے پہلے شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم تہذیبی مکالمہ فورم کی دعوت دی ہے۔ ایس سی او کے تمام 10 رکن ممالک کو دعوت دی گئی ہے۔ مئی 2025 میں آپریشن سندور کے بعد کسی سینئر پاکستانی وزیر کو یہ پہلی دعوت ہے۔ اگر کھچی شرکت کرتے ہیں تو مئی 2023 میں گوا میں ایس سی او وزرائے خارجہ اجلاس کے بعد بھارت کا یہ کسی سینئر پاکستانی وزیر کا پہلا دورہ ہوگا۔ وزیر دفاع راج ناتھ سنگھ نے 20 اکتوبر کو دوشنبے میں ایس سی او اجلاس میں اس فورم کا اعلان کیا تھا۔
