The dispute began after Meta disabled four of Blink Digital's business manager accounts and around 9,000 advertising accounts in August 2026. The court also noted that Meta's Indian arm, Facebook India, had itself raised no objection to the court's jurisdiction, so Meta could not object on its behalf. The suit will now proceed in Mumbai, with Blink Digital's interim relief plea listed for 2 November.
