If it lists, AdalFi would become the first fintech company on the PSX and one of the few startups to go public in Pakistan. Founded in 2021, it helps banks judge borrowers using their transaction data, and says it has facilitated more than Rs 110 billion in loans through partner banks. The plan comes in a record year for Pakistani listings, with 13 offerings raising a combined Rs 23.1 billion in 2026, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
