  • یورپی یونین کی کونسل نے یورپی امن سہولت کے تحت موریطانیہ کی مسلح افواج کے لیے 20 ملین یورو کا چوتھا امدادی پیکیج منظور کر لیا ہے۔ اس نئے پیکیج میں زمینی نگرانی کا اضافی غیر مہلک سازوسامان دیا جائے گا تاکہ موریطانیہ کی افواج اپنے ملک کی نگرانی کر سکیں اور ساحل کے علاقے میں عدم استحکام کے خطرے کا مقابلہ کر سکیں۔ اس سے اس سہولت کے تحت موریطانیہ کے لیے یورپی یونین کی مجموعی دوطرفہ مدد 75 ملین یورو ہو گئی ہے۔ پہلے پیکیجوں میں زمینی اور سمندری نگرانی، روک تھام اور آپریشنل صلاحیتیں دی گئی تھیں۔ کونسل کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ سازوسامان موریطانیہ کی اپنی علاقائی سالمیت اور شہریوں کے تحفظ کی صلاحیت کو مضبوط کرے گا۔
